For the first time since we had children, Rachelle and I went on a date. We saw Fireproof and we both loved it and highly recommend it.

Fireproof is made by Sherwood Pictures. They have made Facing the Giants and lesser known Flywheel. Sherwood Pictures is a ministry of Sherwood Baptist Church. You can rent Facing the Giants and Flywheel.

We went to an open house where Jacob was able to climb on some firetrucks. He had a blast.

We went to Fort Snelling State Park this afternoon.

New Gillig Low Floor

This is the new Gillig Low Floor. It is just sitting in the back for now. Heywood Garage is suppose to get over hundred of these Low Floors. Metro Transit went with the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) look. Also this bus has the new paint design. There is also a Hybrid

Articulated Buses

This is the New Flyer Articulated bus. I drive this in the mornings. This bus is 60' long and it is easy to drive. It is cool to turn corners. This morning I had a couple of young girls on and they sat in the middle. When I turned the corner I could hear them scream a little. They must not have never been in a articulated bus before.

With six weeks of training finished. I am very excited to start working on Monday. I have the Route 94 in the morning and Route 3 in the afternoon

Hello again from Bus Driver Dude

Hello all,

I know it has been a very long time that I have posted something. I have been busy with the new job. Yes, I got the new job and have moved to Minnesota.

I started on 3/3/08. This is my last week of training. I turn out next Monday.

Rachelle and I have been getting settled in at our new apartment. I hope to post more than I have been.

Andrew is home. We left the hospital 4 days after he was born. Almost to the minute.

Jacob is taking to Andrew very well. He is very excited to have Andrew home.
