update

Mommy has been released from the hospital. She is boarding at the hospital to stay close to Andrew. He is well and getting better. He is expected to be off all medications this evening. Then we will see how he does.

Much Needed Rest

Rachelle and I finally got some much needed rest. Andrew is getting better. I have been running on very little sleep the last 24 hour. I finally slept for 7 hours last night. Rachelle told me she slept very good also. While she was sleeping they disconnected her from her tubes. It is much better for her to get around now.

You may have been wondering were Jacob has been though all this. Friends of our have been gracefully keeping Jacob so I can see Andrew. Jacob has not seen Andrew except for a few pictures hanging in Rachelle hospital room. I bet he is clueless that he is a big brother. That will change in a few days. The hospital will not let Jacob in where Andrew is for him to see him.

Update

Andrew in improving. Rachelle is now feeding him every 3 hours. The Dr says if everything goes well he could come home Tuesday. I will try to post more pictures tomorrow.

It's a Boy!!!!!!!!

Andrew Robert Morris was born by C-section on Dec 28,2007 at 5:48 pm. He weight was 10lb. 11 oz. Mom is doing great. Andrew is in the NICU(neonatal intensive care unit) because of some complications. He is expected to recover. He had a rough day yesterday but slept all night and this morning. He is improving. I was able to feed him some mother's milk this morning. Something I will cherish all my life.

Thanksgiving weekend

What a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving we had. As mentioned before we had a trip to Aunt Rita's house for Thanksgiving. The food was great. Had fun talking to relatives. The Packers also WON. They are 10-1

Up-Date

Wow, it has been a long time since I posted here. So much has happened since the last time I posted. Jacob is growing up so fast. He now sleeps in a toddler bed. No crib for him anymore. We gave the crib back to Tomorrows Choice and bought one on Ebay

Rachelle is getting bigger because the baby inside her is getting bigger. Only 51 days to go. Jan 10 is the big day.

I am working as hard as before but not as busy because I am not getting as many hours with VIP.

Tomorrow we are going on a road trip to Aunt Rita's for Thanksgiving. We will be leaving very early tomorrow morning to get up there in time for the Packer game (9-1). We will have a 5-6 hour trip ahead us to Holcombe, Wis.

Checking in

Not much to report. I have been working a lot. There does not seem enough hours in the day to get everything done. Rachelle is getting bigger. Only a few more months until our next child arrives. Boy things will be different.

Packers Lose

I am still getting over the Packer loss to the Bears. Why did it have to be da Bears? And this was the first time I saw them play all season. I went to Marcus Majestic Palladium in Brookfield. I had a great time and it was great to see the game on the big screen. At least the Packers are 4-1. Better than the Bears 2-3.

Long Day is Over

Today we (Rachelle, Jacob and I) had a long day. Looks like I am the only one that is still awake. Rachelle had an Dr. appt. this morning. Yes, everything is OK. Then we went to the Milwaukee Court house to get our marriage license.

Then we went to Kenosha County to get apples. We all enjoyed the drive.

Passed

I PASSED!!!!!!

I passed my test for Metro Transit in Twin Cities. The application is on hold now because I don't want to leave until Rachelle has our baby in Jan.

Twin Cities

Last Friday, we went to the Twin Cities so I could take my test for Metro Transit job. So we decided to make a weekend out of it. We stayed with Herb and Linda (Rachelle's Cousin). They were great hosts. Friday Rachelle and I and Jacob decided to take the light rail line to downtown Minneapolis. It was a really cool trip.

After the test I was able to visit with my sister, Cindy. We went to Mall of America.

On Saturday, Rachelle, Jacob and I went to the Minnesota Renaissance Festival in Shakopee, Mn with Linda and Dawn(Rachelle's Cousins). Let us not forget Dazi tagged along. Fun was had by all.

Labor Day

Labor Day Weekend

While everyone is having cookouts , boating, enjoying the warm weather I am working. I am not complaining, you might think so but I am thankful that I have a job to support my family. Yes, It is hard work to have three jobs and sometime wonder when you will not feel tired but it is worth it to have my wife to stay home and take care of our children. Ever time I see them ( Rachelle & Jacob) It motivates me to work harder. I do this out of love for them and my Lord.

New schedule

I picked my new schedule for Metro yesterday. I have Fridays and Sunday off. Rachelle was praying for Sundays off. I hope I will still get VIP job with this schedule. As for that I don't think it is not to bad.

Metro again cut some trips. It will be interesting when the next budget comes up if there is more cutting of routes.

I sent my application to Metro Transit in Twin Cities. I hope this works out. I have no plans on moving until the baby is born.

Finally!!!!!

WOOOHOOOO!!!!! We are done with #5 at Sentinel. We finally got that apt cleaned. My wife says the kitchen floor is so clean that you can eat off it.

Now we need to get Apt 6 at Madera and Apt6 at Sentinel cleaned. We have another apt opening up on Friday. So if we can get #6 done at Madeda done before then would be great.

Few Things

It has been a few days that I posted anything. We have been busy getting work done around the apt buildings.

Yesterday was a hot day with rain in the afternoon and evening. Like we need any more rain. But it is cooler now I guess it is worth it.

Long Day

What a beautiful day. It was SUNNY and temp was in the lower 80's. I was not able to enjoy it. I got in 2 AM this morning. Slept in. I know I missed church. After being entertained by Jacob dancing. We cleaned out an apt. We still have more work to do. I did get in my mowing this evening.

Weekend

Yes, the weekend is here and we have sunshine. Too bad I have to work. In addition to my other jobs, I also work for VIP Transports. Yes, I am a chauffeur. I have been doing this for under a year now. I enjoy the work. Today I took a group to Madison and I will pick them up later.

Tomorrow after church I will be working most of the day around the apartment buildings like catching up on my yard work, cleaning empty apt., doing minor maintenance work that needs to be done. So there is not much time to relax this weekend, oh well.

Sleeping in

I slept in for the first time in a while. Maybe it has to do with the fact I did not get to sleep after 2 am. So I decided not to do any work this morning. I have not mentioned that my wife and I manage apartment building. This have become a challenge because my wife is sick. Why they call it morning sickness I have no clue. My wife is a trooper.

So my routine in the morning is to read the Waukesha Freeman online while listening to the morning talk show host.

Today is suppose to be the last day of rain. It has been raining all week. I am hoping that this will be the last day of rain . Than I will be able to finish mowing this weekend.

My name is Bill. I am married with a son and one on the way. As you can guess that I drive transit bus for a living. I work for Waukesha Metro Transit. I hope to keep this updated with my thoughts, ideas ,opinions and just stuff.
